Cancellation and Refunds

The following charges will apply:

For written or email notice of cancellation received 40 or more days before
the course: 10%;
21 – 39 days before the course: 50%;
1 – 20 Days before the course: 100%.

These charges include any credit card charges that have been incurred.

For courses that have been booked incorrectly (either the incorrect course
or date), we will change the booking free of charge to the correct course,
provided we are notified within 7 days of the original booking.
